Dashboard and readiness

Reviewed by Customer Help Product Support on July 23, 2026. Verified for release 2026.07.

The Dashboard summarizes the business setup and shows up to three useful next actions. It does not save settings and it is not a publication switch.

The primary action opens the highest-priority incomplete area. When core setup is complete it becomes Review brand pages. The stat tiles show:

Tile Meaning
Brand pages Number of customer-facing brand configurations.
Locations Number of saved locations customers can contact.
Listings Ready Google-connected locations versus total, or Not connected. Warnings mean at least one listing needs review.
Billing Current subscription status, or Not connected when billing has not been set up.

Readiness is the percentage of current checklist essentials marked complete. Essentials complete is the completed count and total count. It is a progress aid: a public page may be available before the score reaches 100%, and optional features can remain incomplete without hiding it.

Each item includes a group, title, explanation, and destination. Selecting it moves to that Portal area. Done means the related setup is complete. If the panel says the essentials are ready, periodically review public links, billing, and time-sensitive information.

One link appears for each brand. Open visits the current customer-facing path. Test links after renaming the company page link, brand ID, or brand page path, because bookmarks and external links to an old path may stop working.

Readiness reflects the business’s saved settings and cannot be edited on the Dashboard. Selecting an item opens the relevant setup area without changing anything.

This percentage reflects the setup checklist. Refresh the page after a successful save if the total has not updated.

This reflects Google Business Profile only. Bing Places and Apple Business Connect show Coming later and cannot be connected yet.

A completed checkout or feature change can show Pending briefly. Wait until Billing shows the confirmed status before relying on the change.

The Dashboard is for Administrators. Chat-only users land in Inbox. Opening a recommended action has no billing effect, but adding a location or enabling an optional feature can change the subscription. Dashboard totals are visible only in the Portal; Public links open pages customers can visit.

  • Counts are wrong: refresh after the save finishes and confirm the item is not inactive.
  • Listings says Not connected: open Listings and connect the Google account that manages your locations.
  • Billing says Not connected: open Billing to start checkout. If the action is unavailable, contact support about the unavailable billing action.
  • A public link is missing: add and save a brand page first.
