Customer Help knowledge base

Reviewed by Customer Help Product Support on July 24, 2026. Verified for release 2026.07.

Customer Help is a business presence and customer support web application. Authorized businesses use it to manage locations and connected Google Business Profile listings, add customizable website chat, coordinate conversations in a shared Inbox, and answer questions with an OpenAI-powered assistant grounded in approved business knowledge. These articles are product guidance; they are not added to your business’s AI Training sources.

  • Get started — create the business, brand page, first location, hours, and billing.
  • Dashboard — understand readiness and recommended actions.
  • Account and profile — account, company, portal language, and user time zone.
  • Verify product claims — reproduce key workflows and distinguish saved settings from confirmed customer-facing results.
  • Troubleshooting — recover from common errors and disabled controls.
Area Use it to

Administrators can configure the business and see all of its conversations. Chat members can use the Inbox only for assigned locations. A person can have both roles. Adding users does not add a charge, but active locations and enabled features can change the subscription price.
